Point Blue Authentication System Update

Overview

Point Blue is upgrading its authentication to a new system. Starting November 7, 2025, users who sign in with username / password will be redirected to login.pointblue.org to sign in. This update will not affect users who sign in with OKTA, Microsoft Sign-in, or Login.gov.

What You Need to Know

Before November 7, 2025

• No action required

• Continue using your current email and password

• You will see an informational notice on the login page

First Login On or After November 7, 2025

Existing Users:

You will need to reset your password (one-time only)

• Enter your email address to sign into an AKN application

• You'll be redirected to login.pointblue.org

• Click the “Forgot your password” link on the sign in form

• Enter your email address and follow the instructions to receive the email code to reset your password

• Enter your code and set your new password

  Open

  

New Users:

New user will receive a temporary password when registering and be prompted to set your password after you sign-in

• Enter your temporary password to sign in for the first time
